Advanced cooking with meats
Get new skills to work with meat in a more precise and versatile way
In this course we will learn knowledge and cooking techniques with meats. We will prepare three delicious recipes, where meat is the main ingredient.
In addition, we will inform about generalities about the purchase, conservation and use of fish.
This is a slightly more advanced course, for cooks who already defend themselves with basic techniques and want to learn more elaborate preparations.
Recipes that we will prepare:
- Cap i pota (a classic of Catalan cuisine that will not leave you indifferent)
- Iberian sirloin with salt with foie sauce and dark background of beef & grated potatoes
- Duck breast with guarapo and aceto sauce, candied onions and crunchy plantain
2 and a half hours approximately.
How is the course
This is a theoretical-practical course in which we will cook together. It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the recipes, tasting with wine and soft drinks and didactic material so that you can repeat at home. We cook in sufficient quantities for everyone.
