Course in which inspiration from Daniel and his creative approach to the matter will discover new breads and preparations to accompany the rich and tasty dishes. Attendees will prepare recipes such as dried tomato and olive braids, its famous Focaccia and a bagel of bread and chocolate with which to surprise.

How is the course

The students will participate in the elaboration of the different proposals that our master baker will present. At the end of the course we will enjoy the tasting. The course i It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the breads and didactic material so that you can repeat at home.

Thanks to the great communication skills of our master baker, this course is suitable for all audiences.

About the teacher

Daniel Jordá has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and third generation of bakers, after many years dedicated to the world of art, which he shares with the daily work in the family workshop, he decides to make the bakery the test bench where he can put all those ideas and creativity generated during all that time.

Since then, his workshop has been a laboratory of ideas where he makes all kinds of breads. There are already several restaurants awarded with a Michelin Star throughout the Spanish geography that trust in his know-how.

His risky pairings, the search for new ingredients, never or little used in bakery, the appropriation of Haute Gastronomy techniques for the preparation of breads and the collaboration with great chefs to create new breads are fundamental characteristics of Daniel Jordá’s work. Work that has ended up making him a reference in the bakery sector at a national and international level.

  • How is the course

    A course aimed at all those who want to learn the process of preparing the bread and bring “his signature touch” . Daniel will talk about the basic concepts of making bread artisan with sourdough: flours, kneading, training as well as making your own sourdough (natural yeast), which will open the doors for us to start creating at home.
