How is the workshop
This is a practical course in which we will cook together. It begins with a theoretical introduction to the varieties of rice, qualities, types of rice appropriate for each dish and other tips. It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the recipes, tasting with a drink and didactic material so that you can repeat at home. We cook in sufficient quantities so that we can all eat well. The workshop includes lunch or dinner.
Recipes that we will prepare
Recipes may change depending on the edition or season. We always make three recipes with three different varieties of rice and three different cooking techniques, for example creamy, honeyed or soupy, baked, etc. We also use quality raw materials for a gourmet finish of the elaborations. In the last session we made green squid and shrimp risotto; Bio brown rice senia baked with seasonal vegetables, Yondu and Creamy sea and mountain rice with minced brandy and foie mi-cuit.
