Maki, nigiri, sashimi, komezu … Strange words for simple concepts. In this workshop we will learn the technical bases, the ingredients and the existing types of sushi in an entertaining and fun way. Because sushi seems complicated but it can be very simple.

Take home a Makisu ! In this workshop we give you the necessary bamboo mat to roll up your makis so that you can continue practicing at home.

  • How is the workshop

    This is a practical workshop in which we will cook together. It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the recipes, tasting with wine and soft drinks and didactic material so that you can repeat at home.
    During the workshop we will eat the recipes that we prepare, with the best fresh ingredients from the Boquería market. In addition to learning, you will enjoy a wonderful dinner with fresh fish of the highest quality.
