From the hand of our chef #madeintoscana you will enjoy one of the values of the Mediterranean diet creating your own fresh artisan pasta. We propose a course where you can get started in the preparation of fresh pasta in the traditional Italian style with simple, fresh and quality products. Make your own pasta by hand and by machine, without preservatives or colorings and combine it with tasty recipes.

  • How is the course

    This is a practical course in which we will all cook, learning the techniques of preparing pasta by hand and with a machine. It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the recipes, tasting with wine and soft drinks and didactic material so that you can repeat at home. We cook in sufficient quantities so that we can all eat well.

    Recipes that we will prepare

    The recipes change depending on the season and session. In the last edition we prepared:

    • Genoese pesto lasagna with smoked scamorza (a classic in vegetarian sauce)
    • Tagliatelle with asparagus, goat cheese foam and crispy bacon (with vegetarian option without bacon)
    • Pici with aubergine and ricotta sauce
