How is the course
This is a theoretical-practical course in which we will cook together. It includes all the ingredients and materials for the preparation of the recipes, wine and soft drinks and didactic material so that you can repeat at home. We cook in sufficient quantities for everyone.
Recipes that we will prepare
- Vegetable burguers and onion jam with port
- Beetroot tartare and pickles, miso emulsion with turmeric and tomato powder
- Heura “rostit” gyozas with Yondu and mushrooms.
- Fake spiced risotto of quinoa with coconut and mango.
